• Professional license issued by the competent licensing authorities in the Emirate of the activity area.• Chamber of Commerce and Industry certificate in the Emirate of the activity area.• Articles of Association.• Headquarters lease contract.• Passports of the licensee and his/her employees.Service standards (Terms & Conditions):• Providing (2) fire protection and safety engineers who have practical experience in preparing, reviewing and checking designs of fire prevention and fighting systems and equipment. • Providing (1) architect with practical experience in preparing, reviewing and auditing the architectural designs of buildings in relation to fire protection. • Providing (2) mechanical engineers specialized in the design and inspection of firefighting, elevator systems and escalators systems. • Providing (2) electrical engineers specialized in the design and inspection of fire alarm and evacuation systems. • Provide all the necessary devices and equipment as per work requirements and specified by the management. • Must be a competent engineer who obtained a qualification according to the specified specialization from one of the universities recognized by one of the academic accreditation bodies in the country. • The engineer shall have at least 10 years of experience in his/her line of work or at least five years of experience if he/she is a UAE national. • The engineer must be an associate member in one of the international bodies and associations specialized in his/her field of specialization. • The engineer must pass the technical tests required by the competent department in his/her field of specialization
