The MoI has obtained a set of intellectual property approved by the Ministry of Economy in several vital fields. This comes within the framework of establishing a culture of innovation in the institutional work environment, as the MoI’s Center for Innovation of the General Directorate of the Strategy and Performance Development is responsible for following up, evaluating and registering innovative ideas according to the established rules.
Maj. Gen. Salem Al Shamsi, Assistant Undersecretary for Resources and Support Services, handed certificates to those who acquired intellectual property certificates from departments and individuals, congratulating them and calling for benefiting from these achievements by developing police work in an institutional manner within the path of excellence and leadership.
The handover was attended by Brig. Gen. Eng. Hussain Al Harthy, Director General of Smart Services and Digital Security, Brig. Gen. Omar Dhalea Al Zaabi, Director of the Shared Facilities Department, and a number of officers where the certificates were handed over to Maj. Mohammed Ahmed Al Zaabi and Maj. Saif Khamis Al Mazrouei from the General Administration of Smart Services and Digital Security, and Civ. Eng. Mona Abdullah Al Ali from the General Administration of Finance and Support Services, who obtained the certificates.
