Brainstorming Workshop to Refine Crime Scene Technicians' Capacities

The Federal Criminal Police General Directorate at the Ministry of Interior, through the Federal Crime Scene Department, held a brainstorming workshop titled Artificial Intelligence: A Step Towards a Smart Future for Crime Scenes. The workshop opened at the Police Sports and Shooting Club in Ajman and in attendance were technicians and specialists from the crime scene departments at the police general HQs.

Brigadier Ahmed Saeed Al Mazrouei, Director of the Federal Crime Scene Department, opened the workshop. He highlighted the Ministry of Interior’s leading role in enhancing the country’s security and safety. Al Mazrouei stressed the importance of adopting innovative strategies based on cutting-edge technologies, including AI, while developing the skills of examiners and technicians to ensure they are fully in line with modern advancements and put in effect global best practices.
