For Streamlined Proactive Services: MOI Hosts Workshop on Zero Bureaucracy
The Ministry of Interior organized the second session of a workshop on the government’s zero bureaucracy system, in collaboration with the Emirates Government Service Excellence Program team at the Prime Minister’s Office. The workshop focused on the criteria and processes related to zero bureaucracy and was held at the Creativity Hall in the Police Sports and Shooting Club in Ajman.
The event was attenddd by Brigadier Sultan Khalifa Issa bin Hareb Al Mehairi, Director General of Resources and Support Services at the Ajman Police General HQs. H.E. Hisham Amiri, Executive Director of Service Development and Zero Bureaucracy in the Government Services Sector, delivered a detailed presentation outlining the stages of the zero bureaucracy program. This included the rollout of the program’s second phase, the integration of guidelines and processes for zero bureaucracy, the final evaluation of federal entities by an independent committee, and the forthcoming announcement of the classification of federal entities within the program.
The workshop witnessed strong participation from various police sectors and leadership. Concluding the session, H.E. Hisham Amiri engaged with attendees through an open discussion, addressing questions, providing clarifications, and listening to comments and suggestions from participants.
