MOI Youth Council Launches “Youth Council Workshops 2025” Series
The Ministry of Interior Youth Council has launched the Youth Council Workshops 2025 series, running over three consecutive months with participation from Ministry employees, police leaders, and Council members. The initiative provides a dynamic platform for experience exchange and youth empowerment, reinforcing the Ministry’s commitment to harnessing young talent and engaging them in achieving its strategic objectives.
As part of the Council’s annual plan, the workshops aim to raise youth awareness, nurture innovation, and involve young professionals in designing and implementing strategic initiatives aligned with the Ministry’s vision of a sustainable, forward-looking work environment. The sessions also encourage dialogue, inviting feedback and suggestions from participants to enhance the Youth Council’s programs and strengthen its operational framework.
The October agenda features two training sessions: From Youth to Youth, highlighting the role of youth in driving positive change, and Your Voice is Heard, which focuses on developing communication skills and empowering participants to express their ideas confidently.
In November 2025, the workshops will explore themes of self-development and mental well-being. From Passion to Achievement will guide participants in transforming ideas into actionable projects that align with the Council’s goals, while Mental and Physical Health for Youth will emphasize the importance of balance for sustained performance and creativity at work.
The series concludes in December 2025 with two specialized workshops dedicated to career and future readiness. Career Path will address effective career planning within the Ministry, and Keeping Up with the Future and Preparing for Future Technologies will promote a culture of lifelong learning and future skill development.
