Lt.-Gen. Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, has witnessed today at Expo 2020 Dubai the graduation ceremony of 150 participants from Empowering Future Leaders Initiative, in cooperation with the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. At the ceremony, 50 cadets of the Aqdar Diploma Program for Community Leaders, 2nd edition, were graduated in cooperation with the University of Sharjah within the initiatives of Khalifa Empowerment Program "Aqdar"
the program aimed at empowering youth and supporting community work to achieve the vision of the UAE judicious leadership.
Sheikh Saif praised the efforts of the graduates and congratulated them for their work and giving which contributes to highlighting the role of Emirati youth in sustainable development and shaping a brighter future.
The ceremony was held at Expo 2020 Dubai, in the presence of Maj. Gen. Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Maj. Gen. Duncan Francis Capps, Commander of the British Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Brig. Gen. Mohamed Humaid bin Dalmouj Al Dhaheri, Secretary-General of the Office of HH the Minister of Interior, and HE Prof. Hamid Majoul Al Nuaimi, President of the University Sharjah and HE Dr. Ibrahim Al-Dabal, CEO of the Khalifa Empowerment Program, and HE Dr. Radi Al-Zubaidi, Director of the Institute of Continuing Education and Professional Development at the University of Sharjah, as well as directors of police colleges, institutes and academies in the country, and a number of Ministry of Interior officers.
