Education Interface Returns with a Renewed Vision Under the Theme “Education and Community”
Under the patronage of Lt. General His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, the 11th edition of the Education Interface Exhibition and Middle East Youth Conference will launch under the theme Education and Community, in line with the wise leadership’s vision to designate 2025 as the Year of Community.
The event was officially announced during a press conference held at the Mohamed bin Zayed University for Humanities in Abu Dhabi. Attending the announcement were Her Excellency Dr. Mouza Saeed Al Badi, Chairperson of the Education Interface Exhibition Board of Directors; Colonel Dr. Khalfan Al Naqbi, Director of the Security Qualifications Center at the Ministry of Interior; Mubarak Ali Al Hammadi from the Quality of Life Department, School Operations Sector; Ahmed Saeed Ghanem Bin Hamoodah Al Dhaheri, Board Member of Bin Hamoodah Group; Maryam Ahli, Board Member of the Education Interface; Noura Al Reyasi, Chief Human Resources Officer at First Abu Dhabi Bank; and Dr. Yasser Al Wahedi, President of Abu Dhabi Maritime Academy, who spoke on behalf of the Abu Dhabi Ports Group.
In a statement on the sidelines of the conference, Her Excellency Dr. Mouza Al Badi emphasized that the chosen theme Education and Community directly aligns with the announcement made by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, proclaiming 2025 as the Year of the Community. She added that the conference topics and associated sessions are designed to advance the vision of the UAE leadership by nurturing community engagement, fostering a culture of social responsibility, reinforcing family bonds, and promoting volunteerism.
She further explained that one of the core objectives of the exhibition is to empower Emirati youth by unlocking their potential, directing them toward future-oriented careers, and encouraging their talents and innovative capacities across fields such as entrepreneurship and future industries.
She reaffirmed the ongoing mission of the Education Interface Exhibition to positively influence students and young people while offering pathways to advanced and technical education that align with the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and cutting-edge scientific advancements. On behalf of the Education Interface’s management, she expressed gratitude and appreciation to all strategic partners, national entities, individuals, and volunteers whose continued contributions drive the sustained excellence and leadership of this globally recognized platform, rooted in the UAE.
At the press conference, Colonel Dr. Khalfan Al Naqbi, Director of the Security Qualifications Center at the General Directorate of Competency Development, Ministry of Interior, highlighted that this edition of the Education Interface Exhibition and Conference reinforces its growing stature as one of the most impactful events shaping the future of education and youth development in the region. He emphasized the Ministry’s commitment to strengthening institutional partnerships within a comprehensive and unified framework.
Colonel Al Naqbi noted the Ministry of Interior’s active role in this initiative through its various departments focused on police education, competency development, recruitment of qualified personnel, and youth empowerment. He affirmed that the Ministry’s ongoing engagement is guided by the vision and directives of His Highness Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who advocates for initiatives that contribute to building a promising future for Emirati youth.
He further highlighted the Ministry’s historic involvement in the exhibition through its dedicated pavilion and participation in dialogue sessions. This year, the Ministry’s pavilion will showcase avenues for professional growth and serve as a platform for attracting skilled national talents to support and enrich the country’s security sector. Additionally, the Ministry will participate in thought-provoking sessions centered on future careers and youth empowerment, strengthening inter-agency collaboration for the benefit of the Emirati society.
In closing, he expressed his hope that the exhibition and conference would realize their high aspirations equipping Emirati youth with the tools necessary to actively contribute to sustainable development and foster tangible societal and national progress. Maryam Ahli, a representative of the Education Interface, highlighted that the launch of the 11th edition of the exhibition and conference, under the theme Education and Society, is in harmony with the leadership’s declaration of 2025 as the Year of Emirati Society.
She underscored the Education Interface 2025 platform’s commitment to pioneering efforts that unite educational institutions, community stakeholders, the private sector, and government entities to create a cohesive and enduring educational ecosystem. She explained that this year has seen significant participation from educational institutions, with a renewed focus on enabling youth to reach their full potential and contribute meaningfully to the UAE’s future by aligning education with societal and labor market needs.

Memoranda of Understanding Signed to Sponsor the Global Event
On the sidelines of the press conference, two memoranda of understanding were signed between the Education Interface Foundation, the Bin Hamoodah Group, and First Abu Dhabi Bank. Through these agreements, both national institutions committed to sponsoring and supporting this internationally significant event, continuing their joint efforts to elevate the quality of life for Emirati society through strategic collaboration and national empowerment.
