New Edition of the Future Leaders Empowerment Program Kicks Off
The Future Leaders Empowerment Program" held a new edition, involving young participants from the UAE and various other countries. The program aims to equip the next generation with essential leadership and personal skills, enhance self-confidence, and develop knowledge and practices needed to achieve ambitions. It focuses on building leadership abilities such as constructive dialogue, effective listening, and facing challenges through intensive programs.
Held in Singapore, the program spans two weeks. The first week is dedicated to technology and innovation, including visits to Singaporean institutions, institutes, and academies. Participants will explore topics like the green economy, sustainable living, computing, and exploration.
The second week centers on leadership and business skills through visits to Singaporean factories, institutions, companies, and museums. It includes lectures and lessons on exploration, personal leadership skills, and practical leadership within society.
The program also promotes the exchange of opinions, self-development, teamwork, innovative thinking, and the enhancement of values and standards. It aims to prepare future generations to meet international standards for young leaders, foster loyalty and belonging, refine personal skills, encourage self-reliance, and strengthen concepts of teamwork and leadership.
