MOI participates in the "Welcome My School" initiative

The Ministry of Interior, through the General Directorate of Federal Anti-Narcotics, has taken part in the "Welcome My School" initiative launched by the Ministry of Education. The initiative coincides with the start of the new school year. Operating under the slogan "From Student to Leader," the initiative aims to promote a healthy culture by educating students about the dangers of drug and psychotropic substance abuse and how to prevent them. The initiative seeks to develop children's physical, health, psychological, and mental skills through a variety of purposeful and impactful educational and recreational activities. These activities include competitions, electronic games, and educational lectures designed to raise awareness among students and teaching staff. This initiative supports the ongoing efforts of the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Education to maintain a safe and healthy educational environment. Additionally, the program emphasizes the importance of students developing the skills to choose good companions and friends who contribute to a mature and aware school life within a positive and interactive educational environment.
