MOI organise a Council on Police Professional Conduct and Ethics

In celebration of World Law Day, the Umm Al Quwain Police General HQs played host to the Ministry of Interior Awareness Council, focusing on the "Document on Principles of Professional Conduct and Ethics in Police Work." This event, organized by the Law Respect Culture Office in collaboration with the Human Rights Department of the Ministry of Interior, aimed to shed light on the importance of professional conduct and ethics within the realm of policing. Moderated by Major Saeed Al Maamari of the Umm Al Quwain Police General HQs, the council featured the participation of Major Fahd Heikal and Captain Abdul Rahman Al Mansouri from the Human Rights Department at the Ministry of Interior. Together, they delved into the document's key themes, including its definition, concept, scope of application of professional conduct rules, fundamental values of government human resources, and various foundational principles.
