Major Hamid Abdullah Al Ali from the General Command of Civil Defense illuminated the Axes for Excellence award, recognizing civil defense centers nationwide for their exceptional capabilities and proactive efficiency in readiness to tackle diverse fire incidents that demand swift and immediate intervention to protect society and safeguard lives and property.
First Lieutenant Heba Khamis Al Kaabi, representing the Smart Programs and Solutions Department at the Ministry of Interior, presented the topic Developing Joint Judicial Police Services. This initiative, in collaboration with partners from the Ministry of Justice and the nation's judicial authorities, introduces a smart system that unifies the Ministry of Interior and competent judicial bodies. It proactively delivers services to the public, encompassing virtual court sessions, criminal systems, legal procedures, penal and correctional institution services for inmates, and an array of other services.
Including the virtual forum, the participating speakers engaged with inquiries from the audience and attendees. They leverage their experiences and applied knowledge to provide insights and responses.
At the forum's culmination, the organizing committee measured participants' opinions through an electronic questionnaire. The consensus was unanimous, with 100% affirming that the forum provided fresh insights and ideas. A substantial 98% cited the benefits and added value gleaned from the presented initiatives. Moreover, 94% expressed their desire to implement these ideas. Participants also unanimously called for the forum to be held annually, recognizing its pivotal role in leveraging global experiences and expertise.
