"Future Leaders" Empowerment Program Comes to a Close in Singapore
Participants in the "Future Leaders" Empowerment Program have successfully wrapped up their session in Singapore. This session included a blend of theoretical lectures, practical applications, and field visits to prominent institutions, factories, and companies specializing in advanced technology and modern sciences.
The "Future Leaders" Empowerment Program, an Emirati summer youth initiative, offers students from various nationalities an education that enhances their skills, develops their abilities, and broadens their future horizons. This pioneering initiative aims to develop Emirati youth by fostering interaction and coexistence with peers from around the world. It serves as a platform to prepare a generation equipped with advanced leadership and personal skills.
The program includes intensive training to boost self-confidence, encourage constructive dialogue and listening, and develop the abilities necessary to face challenges and achieve personal and professional goals. This year's participants engaged in a variety of educational and practical activities over two weeks in Singapore.
The curriculum featured lectures on technology and innovation, as well as visits to the Exploratory City, leading artificial intelligence companies, the Singapore Innovation Center, and specialized institutes and academies. Key topics covered during the program included the green economy, sustainable living, robotics, and programming languages, as well as developing leadership skills in personal, participatory, and societal contexts. At the end of the course, students completed a practical project that integrated the science and knowledge they had acquired, allowing them to apply what they had learned effectively and directly.
These youth programs and initiatives align with the vision of wise leadership, emphasizing the importance of building the youth of tomorrow by providing opportunities for empowerment through interactive activities. These activities enrich talents, foster the exchange of opinions, and promote self-development, teamwork, and innovative thinking. The initiative also focuses on instilling values, ethical standards, and skills necessary to address future challenges. It aims to prepare future generations according to international standards for young leaders, enhance loyalty and belonging, refine personal skills, promote self-reliance, consolidate teamwork concepts, and foster leadership skills and positive behaviors.
