Practical Field Visits Enrich Future Services Diploma Program

The General Directorate of Happiness at the Ministry of Interior organized a series of field visits for members of the tenth class of the Future Services Diploma Program, providing them with firsthand exposure to best practices in leading government institutions and service agencies across the UAE. These visits aimed to enhance participants’ practical knowledge and expertise, equipping them with the skills needed to lead the future of government services.

As part of the program’s structured work plan, participants visited Tamm Factory, Government Accelerators, the Cyber Security Council, Emirates Airlines, and Dubai Digital Authority, gaining insights into innovative service models and strategic initiatives that drive institutional excellence.

Brigadier Nasser Khadem Al Kaabi, Director General of Happiness at the Ministry of Interior, emphasized that anticipating the future of government services and developing alternative solutions to challenges are key priorities in the ministry’s development strategy. He highlighted that the Future Services Diploma Program is designed to enhance participants’ skills, expand their capabilities, and equip them with global best practices in service innovation. By acquiring advanced knowledge and expertise, participants contribute to the UAE government’s vision of building a sustainable, efficient, and proactive digital future.

Al Kaabi further noted that these visits align with the diploma program’s objectives of fostering a culture of innovation and creativity in the workplace. By integrating practical experiences with academic learning, the program strengthens participants’ ability to drive continuous development, improve service quality, and sustain the UAE’s leadership in institutional excellence.
