TDRA Delegation Explores Best Practices at MOI's Unified Contact Center

The Ministry of Interior welcomed a delegation from the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority and the Digital Government (TDRA), headed by Colonel Nasser Khalifa Al Falasi, Director of the Unified Contact Center.

The visit highlighted the Ministry’s commitment to innovation in customer service. The delegation was introduced to advanced technologies and systems currently in use to streamline communication between customers and employees. They also observed how the center manages customer interactions, including complaints, inquiries, and expressions of appreciation, through well-structured mechanisms designed to ensure transparency and responsiveness.

In addition, discussions explored future strategies aimed at enhancing institutional leadership and advancing the overall work system to meet evolving needs.

Center officials showcased how procedures are designed to strengthen communication channels and promptly address customer feedback. These initiatives support the Ministry of Interior’s vision of achieving customer happiness while delivering services to the UAE community with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
