MOI Steps Up Efforts and Raises Awareness on Positive Digital Engagement

In a bid to foster effective communication and positive engagement across all segments of society, the Security Media Department at the Ministry of Interior held a specialized educational workshop on "Digital Engagement." The workshop, targeting Ministry employees, took place in the meeting hall at the General Directorate of Security Support.
This event is part of an ongoing series of workshops aimed at supporting the UAE's comprehensive digital transformation strategy. The strategy seeks to create a pioneering, integrated government experience that enhances quality of life and ensures streamlined access to services for citizens, residents, businesses, and the corporate sector.
The workshop explored the concept of digital engagement, highlighting its core objectives, key initiatives, and the digital platforms and tools that facilitate interaction. It also demonstrated how digital engagement enables the design and development of services and aids in decision-making on matters of public interest.
Additionally, the session presented the Ministry of Interior’s digital platforms and applications, inviting development proposals and innovative ideas from participants. These inputs are instrumental in improving service performance, expediting processes, and achieving greater efficiency and flexibility. By focusing on these enhancements, the Ministry aims to sustain the quality of security services while supporting business continuity and enriching the overall security landscape.
