The Ministry of Interior, represented by the General Directorate of Happiness, virtually organized the Future Services Forum as part of the Customer Happiness Diploma. The diploma is one of the initiatives of the Ministry of Interior's Program for Happiness and Wellbeing.

The forum discussed the perceptions of future services and the challenges that the government work system may encounter and ways to be prepared for them and design services that enhance the happiness of customers in a sustainable manner.

Keynote speakers at the forum included Maj. Gen. Salem Al Shamsi, Assistant Undersecretary for Resources and Support Services at the Ministry of Interior, Brig. Nasser Khadem Al Kaabi, Director General of Happiness at the Ministry of Interior, HE Mohamed bin Taliaa, Head of Government Services for the UAE Government, and HE Mansour Al Marzooqi, Executive Director of the Strategic Planning Sector of the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority. 

The forum was also attended by a number of officers and participants in the Customer Happiness Diploma
